Loans where the interest is computed on monthly rests, rather than annual are cheaper; However the longer the time frame of the loan the lesser the method of calculation matters.

Prepayment penalties raise the cost of loan for a borrower. Opt for HFC's which do not charge for the same in case you plan to prepay.

Longer the loan term, greater will be the cost of servicing the same, try to repay your loan in the shortest time frame.

All our Appartments come with a DEFECT LIABILITY PERIOD of 1yr i.e. within 1yr from the date of occupation of your Appartment, if any defect surfaces, which is not due to the negligence of the user, we will rectify the same, no questions asked.

We have maintenance team which will attend to all your requirements / complaints, free of charge during the 1 yr and at a nominal charge later.
Examples of the services offered included:

		Provision of additional electrical points
		Fixing of electrical fittings such as fans, lights etc.
		Attending to leaking faucets etc
		Replacing taps, showers etc.
		Repainting of a room or the entire Appartment

Waste segregation & Management

Thoughtful practice of Reduce, Reuse, Recycle need to be applied.

REDUCE -	Lowering waste generation by application of efficient housekeeping methods & changing wasteful habits & lifestyles.
REUSE -	This is a fine area between avoiding waste & recycling already used materials. A creative way to support reuse of material is to make them available to those who can use them.
RECYCLE -	Waste could indeed be a resource and a renewable one which, if anaged well by recycling, would enable us to preserve our natural non-renewable resources.

DO’S & DONT’S

		Please segregate your waste into 2 – namely organic waste & paper in one lotplastic & glass in another lot.
		Please keep your garbage, as segregated above, outside your house at thedesignated time to permit the maintenance staff to clear the same on time.
		Please do not throw anything out of your windows / balconies onto thedriveways, corridors.
		Please restrict washing of balconies to once a year. Use a mop on a daily basis.

Safety guidelines for fire

Fire can destroy your property and result in a loss of life. To make your home and block a safer place, you must cooperate with one another by observing some precautionary measures

		Do not throw lighted matches or cigarette ends into litter bins or out of windows.
		Do not smoke in bed.
		Do not leave matches or cigarette lighters where children can reach them.
		Do not leave lighted cigarettes in ashtrays.
		Do not leave your cooking unattended.
		Disconnect heat generating equipment, eg. irons and toasters, when they are not in use.
		Do not place inflammable material such as curtains and clothing close to stoves or light bulbs.
		Provide adequate ventilation behind television sets and refrigerators.

Safety guidelines for gas

Most households use gas for cooking. Apart from fire hazards, gas leaks can cause injury and a loss of life. For your safety, it is necessary to take some precautionary measures.

Shut off the gas when it is not in use

If a gas leak occurs, inform your Gas Supplier immediately. Open all windows and doors to ventilate your kitchen or Appartment. Never search for a leak with matches or a naked flame.

Ensure the supply pipe/hose connecting to your gas cooker/oven is in good condition and properly fitted.
